Summer Meat Sauce

This recipe began as an experiment.  I had all the ingredients at home and thought that it would taste great together. So here it is!

Ingredients

1 ripe Avocado
roughly 1 C Raw Cultured Cream
1 bunch of fresh Basil
1/2 T Garlic Powder
1 sliced red pepper, roasted (I put in a glass dish with evoo and sea salt and roasted at 325 degrees)
Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

Blend in a blender.  Wallah! You are done.

Pairs great with Sloppy Joe Lettuce Wraps, roasts, hamburgers, poultry, salmon, shrimp, pretty much everything! This recipe keeps very well, should last about 1 week.
