Jeff's Recovery: Part 2

In a few months time, Jeff was walking and back to normal.  no more cathing, no more cane.  The tingling/sensitivity took the longest to go away but eventually it did as well.
Then it was time to go back and see the doctor.  He was absolutely speechless.  Again he gave a well rehearsed speech on why medications would be in Jeff's best interest. (I honestly think at this point even he realized Jeff didn't need drugs).  He gave us some books (fairly large books with hard covers, the whole works) to make a decision of which treatment to go ahead with.
At that time we knew nothing about nutrition's effect on the body, we never even gave a thought to whether or not there were other options out there. However, we still didn't believe that drugs should become a part of our lives.  We took the info home anyway.
I went home in search of my own answers. To be honest I was overwhelmed. There is so much information out there about health and how to live a healthy life, all of it so different.  Through my endless researching I became so passionate.  I want to help others who think they have hit a wall and don't know where to go next, I hope I may help set the record start about what healthy living really is. There really is so much bad information out there.
To this day he has not returned to see his doctor, or given any more thought to those drugs.  He has not had a single episode since, in fact many areas of his life have significantly improved. About 7 yearts ago he was in a horrible car accident, where his lower right side of his body was badly injuried among other parts of him, but the pain form thos injuries has always bothered him.
After changing our lives, he no longer has that pain, nor does he expierence seasonal allergies or ear infections that he used to.
I truly believe that good nutrition has given us a chance to have a better future!
